Cassidy
Freemium | Paid | AI Agents
Overview
Cassidy is a no-code AI automation platform built for business teams who want to deploy AI agents that understand their company context. Unlike generic AI tools, Cassidy centers on a Knowledge Base that stores internal documents, SOPs, FAQs, and data exports, so every agent and workflow operates with institutional knowledge baked in. Teams use Cassidy to build Agents (AI teammates that handle recurring tasks autonomously), Workflows (multi-step automations triggered by events or schedules), and Meetings automations (turning calls into structured follow-ups and action items). The platform integrates with hundreds of tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Confluence, and Jira. Cassidy supports models from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google Gemini, letting teams choose the model that fits their needs. It is SOC 2 Type II certified, with data encrypted at rest and in transit, and explicitly does not use customer data for model training. The platform is designed so non-technical employees can build and run automations independently, without engineering support.

Best For
Operations and RevOps teams that need to automate knowledge work like RFP responses, proposal drafting, and CRM updates, Sales teams looking to respond faster to customer inquiries by deploying AI agents trained on company product knowledge, Customer support organizations building AI agents for first-line resolution and escalation routing within existing communication tools, Marketing teams automating content production, research, and campaign reporting workflows tied to internal brand guidelines, Enterprises and mid-market companies with HIPAA or SOC 2 compliance requirements that want AI automation without building custom infrastructure
How It Works
1. Connect your knowledge: Upload documents, SOPs, FAQs, and link live data sources like Google Drive, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Zendesk to the Cassidy Knowledge Base. 2. Build an Agent or Workflow: Use the Copilot bar to describe what you want to automate in plain language, or assemble steps manually from pre-built blocks. 3. Set a trigger: Choose how the automation starts, whether by schedule (e.g., 9am daily), an event (e.g., meeting ended, ticket created), or manual activation. 4. Configure AI steps: Add AI generation steps that pull from your knowledge base, call external APIs, route outputs conditionally, or draft content in your brand voice. 5. Connect integrations: Route outputs to tools like Slack, Gmail, Salesforce, or Google Docs automatically as part of the workflow. 6. Monitor and scale: Track credit usage, set limits, view AI ROI analytics, and top up credits or upgrade plans as workflow volume grows.
