Graphy

Overview
Graphy is an AI-powered data visualization tool built for non-technical professionals who need to communicate data clearly and quickly. Designed for marketers, analysts, founders, finance teams, and executives, it eliminates the friction of turning raw datasets into polished visual narratives. Users can connect live Google Sheets, upload CSV or Excel files, paste values manually, use the API, or let the AI search for data on their behalf. Once data is loaded, Graphy's AI engine automatically analyzes it, surfaces significant patterns, and recommends the most appropriate chart type from a library of 29 or more options including bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, heatmaps, funnels, time series, and interactive visualizations. Brand kits allow teams to apply consistent colors and fonts across every chart instantly. The platform serves more than 300,000 users and outputs visualizations formatted for presentations, social media posts, document embeds, and team update notifications. The core promise is speed: from messy data to a beautiful, shareable graph in a single click.

How It Works
The Graphy workflow follows three steps. First, users bring in their data through one of five input methods: linking a live Google Sheet (with auto-refresh on higher plans), uploading a CSV or Excel file, pasting or typing values directly, calling the API, or using the built-in AI to search for data. Second, Graphy's AI data engine analyzes the dataset, identifies meaningful patterns, and either auto-selects a chart type or responds to natural language prompts via a Chat with your data interface: users can ask for a specific chart, an insight summary, or a direct answer within seconds. Third, users customize and publish: brand colors and fonts are applied instantly, annotations can be added to highlight key findings, and the finished visualization is exported or embedded into presentations, social posts, documents, or team notifications. Higher-tier plans add password-protected sharing links and automatic Google Sheets data refresh.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use Graphy for free?
Yes, absolutely. There is a huge amount you can do for free including interactive charts, and sharing those with an unlimited number of viewers.
What does unlimited viewers mean?
There are no limits to how many times your Graphy charts can be viewed. If you embed a Graphy chart within a website that gets more than 10,000 or even 100,000 views, your charts will always be available to your audience, even on the Free plan. The same applies when sharing charts to social media channels.
Are there any restrictions on where I can share my charts to?
No. On all plans, including free, you can share Graphy charts however you like: sent via email, Slack or Teams, embedded into tools like Notion or Tome, dropped into slide decks like PowerPoint or Google Slides, posted on social channels, or embedded into your website.
Can I share Graphy charts to my social media channels?
Yes, absolutely. Most social media channels do not currently support rich embedded web content, but Graphy makes it simple to download high-quality images of your charts in a range of aspect ratios.
Can I embed my Graphy charts into other tools?
Yes, if the tool supports embedded web content such as Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Canva, Gamma, and Pitch. You can also share embed links in Slack and Teams. Slack shows an image preview linked to the interactive version; Teams supports full embedded web content. PowerPoint and Google Slides do not support embedded web content, so you will need to use the image download feature.
How can I remove the Graphy watermark from the charts I share?
Simply upgrade to the Plus plan.
Can I use my brand colors with Graphy?
Yes, upgrade to the Plus plan to use your brand or custom colors.
Can I invite team members to a shared account?

Can I purchase on an annual basis?
Yes, and there is a 20% annual discount on the Plus plan.
Are there any educational discounts?
No, because the Free plan is structured to cover all educational use cases without limits. If you are using Graphy in an educational context, there is no need to upgrade to a paid plan.
What happens if I cancel my Plus account?
If you downgrade from Plus to Free, you will lose the ability to remove the Graphy watermark and to use brand or custom colors.
