You install Remio on your Mac or Windows machine. A browser extension captures web pages, highlights, and bookmarks as you browse, and the desktop app indexes local folders, PDF files, images, and Markdown notes without uploading them anywhere. Slack, Gmail, and Outlook integrations pull in messages and shared content automatically. Once your knowledge base is populated, you interact with it conversationally. Type a question in the Ask remio panel and the AI retrieves relevant notes, files, or web clips and synthesizes an answer. The recording assistant captures audio from meetings without a bot joining the call, and generates summaries and action items. An aApp Market lets you install agentic apps that automate daily tasks based on your personal knowledge. Basic AI search uses 100 free credits per month; Pro and BYOK plans unlock higher credit limits, premium LLMs, and image generation.
